What if I do not receive my full order?

The most likely reason this may happen is that multiple medicine containers were ordered and that these are being shipped in separate packages. If they do not arrive within 7 days of your receiving the first package, kindly contact us so that we can investigate the issue.

If the order you received from us is incomplete or contains products you did not order, please contact us. If your order was incorrectly packed, we will send the correct or missing product as quickly as possible.
