Upon checking out, your order is dispatched within 2 hours. We will email you your parcel tracking number within 24 - 72 hours after your order has been received. Please allow 5 to 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment. We’ll send you a tracking notification by email once your tracking number is live.

🇪🇺 EU Countries and 🇨🇭 Switzerland

We’re happy to announce direct EU-to-EU shipping from our warehouse based in Poland.

We ship modafinil to all 🇪🇺 EU countries from our EU-based warehouses so shipments are delivered without control or suspicion. Modafinil shipping to customers in EU countries requires additional expenses on our part, such as European-based warehouses (Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, and Hungary), customs tax when importing prescription drugs into the EU area, and more staff. Due to these reasons, modafinil prices for the UK (in case of domestic Royal Mail shipping) and Europe are 50% higher depending on your country. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer free shipping to the EU nor any discounts on the EU shipping fee.

We ship packages to Switzerland from the UK while packages to the EU countries come from Poland. If your delivery failed, customs seized your package or a customs duty was raised, please contact our support and we will reship your package from our backup warehouse free of charge.

Our shipping process is focused more on ease of your packages traveling through the postal systems, than overall speed. One well-sent package that does not need to be re-shipped will almost always arrive sooner than one that has swiftly moved through the postal system. If your order is ever stopped for more than 15 business days, we will send a free reshipment. This is not automatic, please contact us. If your order does not make it to you for any reason that is not something like your giving us an improper shipping address, or not being home to receive your delivery, we will reship you without hesitation. All packages are packed in nondescript, discreet packaging and they may not be returned to the sender.

Total delivery time (usually 10-18 business days) depends on many factors because your package comes from overseas so your rough estimates are as follows:

• customs clearance time (typically 2-3 days but may take longer);
• in-country transit time (2-5 business days depending on your local postal provider).

Tracking Number & Signature

All our shipping options come with a tracking number. As of March 2023, none of our shipments require a signature upon delivery. Your package will be left if it's safe to do so. We will try to deliver your package to your mailbox.

We will choose the best postal provider for you and ship your order via either EMS, Registered Airmail from India, Emirates Post, Asendia French Post, or Singapore Post depending on the content of your order and current delays at customs.

We Always Use The Easiest Route Possible

We ship all orders via the fastest shipping method available at this moment. We reserve the right to change the delivery method you have selected to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible and successfully clears customs. Sometimes, due to delays at customs in India, we may change the Express shipping option (available only from India) to Regular or Standard delivery from Dubai via Emirates Post (RRxxxxxxxxxAE) or via Singapore post (LTxxxxxxxxxSG), so that your parcel will successfully pass through customs and will be delivered to your door faster than Express from India.

In addition, Express EMS parcels have a greater chance of being detained at customs. For this reason, we ship bulk orders by Registered Airmail (not trackable) as parcels with the following tracking numbers RMxxxxxxxxxIN attract less attention from customs officers. Packages containing many modafinil tablets are being shipped from Singapore and Dubai via the Standard shipping option to avoid any delays at customs.

How can I add $1 for free shipping?

Unfortunately, you can't add only $1 to your cart and get Free shipping.

The easiest way is to add an extra product to your cart to make your purchase more beneficial for you. Feel free to give a try to our sublingual and soft versions of the most popular generic brands (Viagra Soft and Cialis Soft, Modafil MD, etc). Because sublingual pills absorb rapidly, they also metabolize rapidly in the body.
